Greet USA President Elect Barack Obama!
Barack Hosein Obama
Elected President of the United States of America
Tuesday November 04, 2008
Obama is one of the most intelligent presidential aspirants to ever step forward in American history. The likes of his intellectual capabilities have not been surpassed inpublic life since the Founding Fathers put pen to paper. His personal character is also solid gold.
Frank Schaeffer, The Huffington Post
Barack Obama is an inspiration to all mankind. Well done my brother!

This is laughable at best. Obama is not the second coming nor is he anything special. Everything that Frank Schaeffer said about Obama could very well be applied to McCain and a number of other people including your average American ‘Joe’ the Plumber.
The fact of the matter is that Obama has already recanted several of his election promises from day one of his status as president-elect. He had told people he would populate his cabinet and staff a far cry differently than he already has. He has already stepped away from a number of his pre-election positions in order to reign himself in and his staff has already started the process of damage control.
I’ll say one last thing as well. He’s not the first black / African-American to be elected to the office of president. The day a truly African-American president is elected I will cheer for that moment. Obama is white and Obama is black. He is not 100% one or the other. The American people settled for a half-breed. It doesn’t make him a “black man” and he has no idea what it truly means to be a poor black man growing up in this country.
PS: Martain Luther King Jr. was a Republican. He believed in the American Dream and fought for the rights of all African-Americans to achieve that dream. He believed in Capitalism and the conservative values as a God fearing Christian man.
When people asked: What would Reagan say and do?
I asked: What would MLK say and do?
Shame on you all.
